Board of Examiners

 

Representatives of our professors, research assistances and students form the board of examiners. They are all elected for a certain period of time and make legally binding statements.

Tasks of the board of examiners

  • Interpretation of and adherence to examination regulations
  • Addition to and amendment of examination regulations through (standard)resolutions
  • Decisions on students' claims and objections:
  1. Changes of study plans
  2. Admission
  3. Free Trials
  4. Correction of grades
  5. External Papers

The board's meetings are non-public and take place on a regular basis.

How to file an application to one of the Examiners Boards?

 

Checklist Claim

  1. Name, matriculation number, addresse
  2. Email addresse and phone number
  3. Study course and major
  4. Semesters in major
  5. Transcript
  6. Content of the claim and explanation for filing the claim
  7. Appendix
  8. Date and singanture

All results concerning the applications will be communicated in written form.

Dates of the Examiners Board's next meeting are set  on a preliminary basis and could change. Therefore, please make sure to submit your application in time by asking a contact person.

All applications must be submitted at the latest one week, before the next meeting of the Examiners Board takes place. Otherwise, they may only be dealt with in the next but one meeting.
